If settings remain unchanged, cookies are saved on the device. Changing these settings may restrict website functionality.

Facebook: the website contains a link to Facebook (Meta Platforms, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA), indicated by a Facebook logo. Clicking it opens the website’s Facebook profile. Facebook then receives information that the profile was accessed from your IP address. If you are signed in, Facebook records the visit; otherwise it still receives IP-related information. For details, consult Facebook’s privacy information at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If you click it while signed in to Instagram, you can link website content to your profile. See http://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/ for details.

Google Analytics: the website uses Google’s web analytics service (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), including Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick and Google Tag Manager. With IP anonymisation enabled, Google shortens users’ IP addresses within EU member states and other states party to the EEA Agreement. Only in special cases is the full IP address transferred to a US server and shortened there. IP anonymisation is active on the website. Your rights concerning personal data

Right to request information

Using the contact details above, you may request information in writing, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of processing. On request, the Controller provides information about the data processed, its purpose, legal basis and duration, the Controller and processors, their activities, recipients and purposes of disclosure, your rights and the measures taken by the Controller. The response is provided in writing in a clear form as soon as possible and within one month. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this may be extended by two further months. For manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, particularly repeated requests, the Controller may charge a fee or refuse to act.

Withdrawal of consent

Where processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Right of access

You may obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed. If it is, you may access the personal data and information about the purpose and legal basis, categories of data, retention period, recipients and purposes of disclosure, your rights and how to exercise them, and the right to complain to the supervisory authority. On request, the Controller provides a copy of the personal data, provided this does not adversely affect others’ rights and freedoms. A fee may be charged for additional copies.

Rectification and erasure

You may request in writing that inaccurate personal data be corrected and incomplete data supplemented. You may request erasure where the processing purpose has ended or the data is no longer needed; consent has been withdrawn and no other legal basis exists; processing is unlawful; the statutory retention period has expired; or erasure is required by law, a court or an authority.

The Controller informs you and recipients of rectification and erasure, unless this is unnecessary in view of the purpose and your legitimate interests. Erasure may be refused where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, for public interest, public-interest archiving, scientific or historical research, statistics, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Restriction of processing

You may request restriction in writing if you contest accuracy, for the period needed to verify it; processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure and request restricted use; or the processing purpose has ended but you need the data for legal claims. Restriction continues while the stated reason requires it. Apart from storage, restricted data may be processed only with your consent, for legal claims, to protect another person’s rights, or for important public interest. You will be informed before a restriction requested by you is lifted.

Complaints and remedies

If you need further information or have questions or objections concerning your personal data, contact the Controller using the details above.

If your rights are infringed or you disagree with the Controller’s decision, you may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information using the contact details at www.naih.hu.

You may also seek a judicial remedy directly against the Controller within thirty days of being notified of its decision, before the court with jurisdiction over the Controller’s registered office or your residence or place of stay. The court acts on an expedited basis.

Data security

The Controller uses technical, organisational and administrative measures appropriate to the risks. Its IT tools are selected and operated so that data is available to authorised persons, authenticity is ensured, integrity can be verified, and access is protected against unauthorised persons.

Further information

The Controller reserves the right to amend this notice without changing the purposes or legal bases of processing. Use of the website after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended notice.

Authorities specified by law, including courts, prosecutors and investigative bodies, and other legally authorised bodies may request information, data disclosure or documents. Where the requesting authority identifies the precise purpose and data required, the Controller discloses only the personal data necessary to fulfil that purpose.
